Role & responsibilities
Prepare close workbooks, journal entry support, accrual and prepayment calculations, and other recurring close schedules.
Prepare review-ready reporting packs for local controllers, including variance analysis on revenue, gross margin,staff costs and operating expenses.
Use Power BI to maintain and improve recurring reporting views, dashboards and close monitoring reports.
Perform data quality checks between ERP source data, reporting files and Power BI output.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Relevant experience should be 4 to 6 years in financial controlling,
reporting or close processes in an international workplace.
Mandatory: robust Power BI experience, including report maintenance, data validation and dashboard usage for finance reporting.
Strong Excel skills, including structured workbooks, reconciliations, pivot tables and data validation.
Positive understanding of month-end close processes, accruals, prepayments, journal entries and financial analysis.
Fluent written and spoken English; comfortable working with stakeholders in the Europe and India.
