The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and effective service delivery. The role includes leading and engaging the F&B; team, maintaining service quality and hygiene standards, managing guest complaints, monitoring inventory and stock control, and ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and operational SOPs. The F&B; Executive also coordinates with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a seamless dining experience while achieving departmental revenue and service objectives.
