Role & responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
Monitor the health of motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
Conduct periodic inspections and implement predictive maintenance practices.

Breakdown Maintenance
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machines and equipment.
Minimize downtime by ensuring timely restoration of production equipment.
Analyze root causes of recurring failures and implement corrective actions.

Electrical Systems Management
Maintain HT/LT panels, Motors, Gear Motors.
Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems.
Maintain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Safety & Compliance
Adhere to electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures,



and statutory regulations.
Ensure compliance with electrical inspection requirements and audits.
Promote protected work practices among maintenance personnel and contractors.

Continuous Improvement
Identify prospects for energy conservation and cost reduction.
Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Support automation and process improvement projects.

Preferred candidate profile
3 to 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, foundry, or process industries.
Experience in Machine, Gearbox, Gear motor, and industrial automation preferred.
