Support daily cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
Monitor guest handling and maintain high customer service standards.
Coordinate with different departments during shifts.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic operational issues.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance across the property.
Support ticketing, F&B;, and floor operations whenever required.
Maintain proper shift reports and operational records.
