We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Experience in LED display solutions, AV solutions, digital signage, or technology sales is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads across various industries.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and submit management reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and lead generation activities.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to develop business strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in LED Display, AV Solutions, Digital Signage, IT, Electronics, or B2B solution sales is preferred.
