F&B; Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banquet, or all-day dining outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, effective team performance, and compliance with company standards. The role requires solid leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
Ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all service areas.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
