Job Role: Field sales Representative

Salary: Fixed salary+ incentives, upto ₹50kper month(Outcome Based)

About the Role

Carcall is expanding its retail partner network across Bengaluru and is looking for motivated Field Sales Representative to drive retailer onboarding and market expansion. This field-based role involves building solid business relationships, acquiring new partners, and representing the Carcall brand across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit automobile retailers, service centers, garages, tyre shops, and other automotive businesses.
Present Carcall's retailer partnership program and onboard new partners.
Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers.
Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Maintain accurate records of field visits and onboarding activities.
Share market insights and customer feedback with the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Freshers are also welcome.
Minimum qualification: Diploma, or equivalent.
Strong communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Kannada and basic English.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bengaluru.
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for reporting and task management.
