Role Purpose

Responsible for the end to end execution of electrical projects by ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, safety standards, client satisfaction, and effective coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers from project handover to final project closure.

Key Responsibilities

•

Review project scope, BOQ, drawings, specifications, work orders, and contract documents before project execution.

•

Prepare detailed project execution plans, resource plans, procurement plans, and project schedules.

•

Coordinate with the design team for shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and engineering clarifications.

•

Plan, execute, monitor, and control electrical projects in line with approved project schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.

•

Identify the Manpower requirement.

•

Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials at project sites.

•

Monitor daily project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.

•

Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

•





Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure work is executed as per approved quality and safety standards.

•

Monitor project costs, labour productivity, material consumption, and budget utilization.

•

Verify site measurements and ensure timely preparation, approval, and submission of variation claims.

•

Ensure timely preparation and submission of RA Bills, final bills, and supporting documentation for customer billing.

•

Conduct regular project review meetings and submit weekly and monthly project status reports to management.

•
Manage project risks, technical issues, customer concerns, and implement mitigation plans.

•
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

•
Ensure preparation and submission of as--built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and project close--out documents.

•
Maintain complete project documentation, including approvals, correspondence, reports, change orders, and lessons learned.

•
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
