Role Description The Electrical Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Rampur Hat.

The Electrical

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day electrical activities, including planning and assigning tasks to technicians, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include supervising installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment, diagnosing faults, coordinating repairs, and verifying that systems operate efficiently and safely. The role also involves maintaining documentation of work performed, supporting inspections,



communicating project status to management, and collaborating with other engineering and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead, guide, and coordinate electrical teams effectively.
Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of systems and equipment.
Strong understanding of electricity and electrical engineering principles relevant to industrial and commercial applications.
Proficiency in working with electrical equipment, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards, local regulations, and best practices for in office work environments.
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
Relevant industry experience in supervising electrical projects or maintenance activities, ideally in a similar setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in office in Rampur Hat and adapt to project schedules and operational requirements.
