Roles and Responsibilities
Design and deliver soft skills training programs for students, focusing on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and other relevant areas.
Freshers with robust academics and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop current courses or modify existing ones to incorporate soft skills components.
Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure student progress in these skills.
Support placement training and career development initiatives.
