Role & responsibilities
Operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems to ensure effective and uninterrupted performance.
Troubleshooting, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and utility systems.
Data logging, monitoring, analysis, and submission of MIS reports.
Execution of maintenance activities for mechanical systems, equipment, and utilities.
Conducting periodic inspections of plant machinery and utility systems to ensure operational reliability.
Planning, scheduling, and implementing preventive and planned maintenance programs.
Ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained in protected and optimum working condition.
Monitoring compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to equipment and utilities.
Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns, failures,



and malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Repairing, overhauling, and replacing defective mechanical components and equipment.
Verifying and testing repaired equipment to ensure restoration of normal functionality.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Managing CAPEX projects, vendor development, and project execution activities.
Supporting TPM initiatives, pillar activities, audits, and related documentation.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant performance.
