Job Summary

Happy Real Earth is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across project sites and company facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering reliable electrical solutions while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, switches, lighting, motors, and distribution systems.
Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and material usage.
Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.




Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and testing equipment.
Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Qualifications
ITI in Electrician/Electrical Trade (Diploma in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage).
2–5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
Valuable understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot faults.
Knowledge of electrical safety practices and preventive maintenance.

Required Skills
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Time management and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.

Preferred
Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of DG sets, pumps, solar systems, or HT/LT electrical systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
