Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and advantages of our products.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance industry, with a track record of success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Robust analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications.
Robust understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
