About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive (Flipkart & Quick Commerce) to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and quick commerce platforms, with the ability to drive sales, optimise listings, manage inventory, and execute promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Flipkart Marketplace
Drive sales growth through effective marketplace management.
Manage product catalogue, listings, and content optimisation.
Ensure high listing quality with accurate product information.
Monitor inventory and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
Plan and optimise advertising campaigns to improve product visibility.
Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace offers.
Track sales performance, conversions, and key business metrics.

Quick Commerce
Manage onboarding and account setup on quick commerce platforms.
Create, update, and maintain product catalogues and listings.
Coordinate new SKU launches across platforms.
Monitor inventory availability and replenishment planning.
Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Improve product visibility through platform advertising.
Analyse sales trends and prepare performance reports.




Monitor order fulfilment and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and platform representatives.
Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Flipkart Marketplace or Quick Commerce operations.
Knowledge of Seller Hub, catalogue management, and marketplace operations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Positive understanding of inventory management and promotional planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Prior experience with E-commerce platforms.
Understanding of marketplace advertising and campaign optimisation.
Ability to work with sales data and performance dashboards.
