Key Responsibilities
Supervise grinding, gate cutting, chipping, shot blasting, and casting finishing activities.
Allocate work and monitor daily production to meet shift targets.
Ensure castings meet quality standards and minimize rejection/rework.
Supervise operators and maintain discipline, productivity, and attendance.
Ensure protected work practices, PPE compliance, and positive housekeeping (5S).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Maintain daily production and manpower records.
