We are looking for a passionate and experienced English & German Language Trainer to join our academy. The ideal candidate should be able to teach students of different proficiency levels, improve their communication skills, and prepare them for language proficiency exams where applicable.
Responsibilities
Teach English and German language courses to students of various levels.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and classroom activities.
Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
Encourage interactive and engaging classroom learning.
Prepare students for language proficiency exams (IELTS/PTE for English, Goethe/TELC for German, if applicable).
Support students with pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, German, Education, or a related field.
Certification in English or German language teaching is preferred.
Fluency in English and/or German (German level B2/C1 or above preferred).
Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, online teaching tools).
