Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Narhe, Pune

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on communication skills, personality development, and skilled etiquette.
Train students in presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interview techniques, and resume writing.
Facilitate sessions on leadership, teamwork, time management, and workplace readiness.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Develop training content, maintain records, and coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell.

Qualification
Master's degree in English, HR, MBA, Psychology, or a related field.
Certification in Soft Skills/Corporate Training is preferred.

Experience




2–5 years of experience in soft skills, employability, or corporate training.
Experience in educational institutions will be preferred.

Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
Ability to engage and motivate students.

Preferred: Experience in placement training, aptitude, group discussions, and mock interviews. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
