Assisting in day-to-day accounting entries
Liaising with statutory auditors during Quarter-end Limited Reviews and Annual Audit.
Regulatory & Compliance related returns for offshore entities.
Variance Analysis of income & expenses to track monthly trends.
Ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines
Liaising with internal department for tax, governance, compliance matters.
Qualification: B Com/ M Com/ Semi-qualified CA
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in Finance and account division of capital market/Financial services business entities.
