10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Job Responsibilities Manage order processing, dispatch, and delivery operations.

Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, courier partners, and internal teams.

Track inventory and ensure accurate stock availability.

Prepare MIS reports for orders, inventory, returns, and dispatch.

Monitor pending shipments, returns, and customer-related issues.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
