We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations of our online jewellery business. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
Manage reselling operations and coordinate with resellers
Handle order processing (packing coordination, tracking, dispatch updates)
Create and manage product listings on platforms (Amazon, Myntra,Flipkart etc.)
Maintain payment records and manage transactions
Provide customer support (queries, follow-ups, issue resolution)
Perform administrative tasks and support daily business operations

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Meesho,Myntra, Flipkart etc.)




Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
