E-Commerce Executive (Freshers / 01 Year Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our day-to-day E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations. This is an excellent chance for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations across E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms.
Manage appointment (Appt) bookings for deliveries.
Follow up with warehouses, logistics partners, and marketplaces for timely order execution.
Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues.
Check and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) on customer/marketplace portals.
Handle RTO (Return to Origin) & RTV (Return to Vendor) coordination.
Work on marketplace portals and maintain operational data.
Prepare MIS reports using Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and inventory updates.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Basic understanding of E-commerce or Quick Commerce operations is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced setting.
