Hiring: Field Collection Executive (Loan Recovery)

We are expanding our collection team and are looking for experienced and dedicated Field Collection Executives for loan recovery operations.

Position: Field Collection Executive (Loan Recovery)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility:
DRA Certified candidates are preferred.
Non-DRA candidates with relevant field collection experience are also welcome to apply.
Experience in banking, NBFC, or recovery agencies will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle field collection and recovery for various loan products, including:
Home Loans
Car/Auto Loans
Business Loans
Personal Loans
Gold Loans
Consumer Loans
Other Retail Loan Products




Visit customers at their residence or business location for collection and recovery.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve overdue accounts professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI recovery guidelines.
Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
