About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, sharp, and result-oriented Executive – HR to join our Leadership & Lateral Hiring team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for critical positions across the organization.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Talent Acquisition / Recruitment)

Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage lateral hiring workflows—from sourcing and screening to coordination and offer rollout.

Talent Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, headhunting, and networking to identify top-tier candidates for specialized and leadership roles.

Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: Build solid relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.

Market Mapping: Research competitors, map talent pools,



and stay updated on industry compensation and hiring trends.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate tracker/ATS database of candidates and regularly report on hiring metrics and funnels.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (Experience in lateral hiring is a strong plus).

Smart & Articulate: Outstanding verbal communication skills with strong business acumen.

High Ownership: Ability to handle multi-lane sourcing, work under tight timelines, and deliver high quality over quantity.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and MS Office (Excel/Word).

Location & Availability: Must be comfortable working 6 days a week from our Gurgaon office.
