Role Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for façade design development, technical detailing, and coordination with consultants and project teams to ensure seamless execution of luxury façade packages.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of façade design concepts, detailed drawings, and shop drawings System design for curtain walling, glazing, cladding, aluminium systems, and bespoke façade solutions Structural and thermal calculations coordination





Material selection and specification review Coordination with architects, consultants, and site teams Ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards Requirements 5–8

years of experience in façade design Solid exposure to luxury /

premium projects Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit and façade-specific software preferred) Robust technical and detailing capabilities

Valuable understanding of façade systems and materials Candidates must be available for immediate joining
