Role & responsibilities
Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Network Management: Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, and firewalls.
User Administration: Manage active directory accounts, email setups, and user access permissions.
System Maintenance: Perform routine data backups, software updates, and antivirus patching.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with internet service providers (ISPs) and hardware vendors for repairs
