Job Title – E-Commerce Operations Executive (Online Order Processing)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of online orders from order receipt to successful delivery.
Process orders received through e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery.
Track shipments and monitor order status until successful delivery.
Handle order cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer order modifications.
Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners.
Maintain accurate order records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure inventory updates are accurately reflected across online platforms.
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order processing and operational workflows.




Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to improve efficiency and reduce processing errors.
Monitor order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Coordinate with customer support to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Online Order Processing.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end online order management.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data management, reporting).
Ability to create and document SOPs and operational processes.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
