QSR Field Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

Location: South Kolkata

Job Responsibilities
Visit assigned QSR outlets regularly to monitor daily operations.
Ensure compliance with company hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
Coordinate with outlet managers and staff to resolve operational issues.
Monitor manpower availability.
Conduct outlet audits and submit daily field visit reports.
Ensure timely implementation of company policies and operational guidelines.
Follow up on maintenance, inventory.
Maintain effective communication between outlets and the head office.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or field operations.
Two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
