Job Title: Event Mixologist - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Event Mixologist to join our energetic team, specializing in delivering exceptional beverage experiences across various events in the Delhi/NCR region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in quick-paced event environments. You will be responsible for crafting creative cocktails, managing bar operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable drink experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a wide array of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly and qualified manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Set up and break down portable bar stations efficiently, ensuring all necessary equipment, ingredients, and garnishes are readily available.
Maintain a clean, organized,



and hygienic bar area throughout the event, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes, reporting stock levels and potential shortages to the event manager.
Collaborate effectively with event staff, including servers, chefs, and planners, to ensure seamless event execution.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, if required, and process orders efficiently.
Develop and customize drink menus for specific events, considering themes, client preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
Demonstrate creativity in developing new and unique drink recipes to enhance the event experience.
Ensure responsible alcohol service practices are followed at all times.
Travel to various event locations within Delhi/NCR as per event schedule.
