Role Description The Field Executive role at Jobdelhi is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi. In this role, the Field Executive will interact with candidates and client organizations, collect and verify candidate information, and support the matching of profiles to job requirements.

Responsibilities include visiting client locations when needed, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions, and providing regular updates to the internal HR team.

answering candidate queries, and ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and client representatives.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple candidate profiles and employer requirements efficiently.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and online job portals.
Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi, conduct field visits, and maintain a professional demeanor in all external interactions.
Prior experience in field operations, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Comfort with learning HR and recruitment processes and following established guidelines and documentation standards.
Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
