Lipi Data Systems Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer focused Engineers Customer Support to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Kiosks, Printers, and Scanners.
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues within defined TAT.
Perform preventive maintenance and in office service visits.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and spare management.
Deliver excellent customer support while maintaining service quality standards.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
Experience: 04 years in IT hardware field service.
Hands-on experience in servicing Printers, Scanners, and Self-Service Kiosks will be preferred.
Positive understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
Positive communication skills in regional language.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field service.
