Responsibilities
Lead the Building maintenance of plant facilities, Housekeeping, Gardening of all Plant Building.
The candidate should have more than 7 years of experience in leading facility, Building maintenance operations in a similar role.
The candidate should be capable of forecasting functional requirements and planning maintenance activities in a cost-optimized manner to minimize downtime and maximize equipment operational hours.
The candidate must have a robust understanding of legal and statutory requirements related to plant expansions and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations.
Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Coordinate with Production, EHS, and Quality teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted building facility support in terms of Housekeeping, Gardening, Sustainability of Building operations.
Conduct facility risk assessments and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.




Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, Government, and all applicable statutory regulations.
Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Monitor energy consumption and drive initiatives for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of recent facility upgrades.
Maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance activities, SOPs, permits, and statutory compliance.
Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of all action items.
