Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for performing field service activities such as troubleshooting, technical support, and preventive maintenance for our electronic security products. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of security systems.

Qualifications
Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
Experience in performing preventive maintenance
Excellent customer service skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in the electronic security industry is a plus
Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
