Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Foreman . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and mechanical systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all electromechanical installation and maintenance activities at the project site.
Lead and manage technicians, electricians, and skilled workers to ensure timely project execution.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work procedures.
Monitor the installation of electrical equipment, motors, pumps, switchgear, cable systems, piping, and other electromechanical components.




Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and international quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and productivity.
Monitor material usage and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
Prepare daily work reports and update project progress to management.
Enforce HSE policies and promote a protected working environment at all times.

Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electromechanical Foreman in industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects.
Robust knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation works, equipment, and systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
