As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
In office Support Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly.
Installation & Repairs Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines.
Emergency Support Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and effective solutions.
Customer Interaction – Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions.
Technical Coordination – Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues.
Key Requirement: A two-wheeler and driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
