Job Title Executive – Placements Location Faridabad, Haryana Required Number 1 Qualification Any degree from a recognized university.
He will assist the Placement Manager / Head of Placements in the designated campus in organising placement related activities.
He will maintain the database with respect to all companies visiting physically and/or virtually for internship and/or FTE hiring on campus, and profile of concerned students for campus recruitment process.
He will build and grow network of companies domain-wise, and keep track of emerging technologies, latest trends in placements, skill sets required for incoming/outgoing batches across all streams in the campus.
He will assist his superiors in carrying out the day-to-day placement activities.
He will liaise with student coordinators through whom placement related activities would be carried out and get the approval for the same from his reporting head at Corporate & Industry Relations.
He will assist his superiors in corresponding with various companies for internship as well as full time placements.
He will liaise with HR personnel and campus / university relations teams of various companies in carrying out the activities like fixing up appointments, travel plans of company executives, arrangement of accommodation & transport facilities etc.
He will coordinate with internal facilitators in the campus to mobilize resources for the smooth functioning of placement-related activities.
He will execute the instructions given by the concerned Head of CIR Centre of the campus and the Director, Corporate & Industry Relations, from time to time, and report to them any shortfalls in the process whenever required.
He will directly report to the concerned Head of CIR of the campus for all his day-to-day functions.
