Role Description The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining CNC machines at customer sites in and around Lucknow. This full time, on-site role includes diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing timely technical support to ensure minimal downtime.

The engineer will interact directly with customers, explain machine operations, and offer training on proper usage and basic troubleshooting. Daily activities also involve documenting service visits, reporting recurring issues, coordinating with internal teams for parts and escalations,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction aligned with company standards.

Qualifications
Strong field service capabilities, including on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial or CNC equipment.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience providing technical support, including remote and in-person assistance, transparent issue documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance activities, schedule service visits, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and train customers on equipment operation and best practices.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
Familiarity with CNC machines or industrial automation systems is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel within the region, work on-site in customer environments, and respond to service requirements at short notice.
Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
