Key Responsibilities
Lead firmware architecture, design, implementation, integration, validation, and release activities.
Own firmware lifecycle execution from requirements analysis through maintenance and customer support.
Define coding standards, review practices, quality metrics, and technical governance for firmware delivery.
Guide and mentor firmware engineers
Frontend communication with customer, prepare and update the project status
Provide technical estimates, risk assessments, and project execution plans.
Present technical status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and customers
Collaborate with hardware, system, quality, test, project management etc.
Support functional safety deliverables such as software safety requirements,



FMEA/FMEDA inputs, verification evidence, and audit responses.

MCU/MPU architecture and debugging
Industrial protocols: EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, CAN/CANopen
Verification and Validation Test plans
