The Dispatch Head is responsible for managing overall dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods, proper documentation, inventory coordination, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all dispatch and transportation activities.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer schedules.
Verify dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, etc.).
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, QA, and Transporters.
Monitor loading activities and ensure secure handling of products.
Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and logistics data.
Control dispatch costs and optimise transportation planning.
Resolve delivery and logistics-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company SOPs.
Supervise and train dispatch staff and allocate daily work.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain qualification preferred.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company, with team handling experience.
