We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Channel Manager to lead our online business across aggregator platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, while driving growth through our own website and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Swiggy, Zomato and other delivery aggregator partnerships.
Drive online sales and revenue growth.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns on aggregator platforms.
Improve website traffic, conversions and customer experience.
Monitor delivery KPIs, customer ratings and operational performance.
Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) across review platforms.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and IT teams.
Analyze business performance and recommend growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile
4to8 years of experience in E-Commerce or Digital Channel Management.
Experience with Swiggy and Zomato partner portals is mandatory.
Experience in QSR, FoodTech, Restaurant or Retail preferred.
Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on with digital campaigns and online sales growth.
