Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of commercial property and corporate facilities. The role involves ensuring smooth facility operations, vendor management, property maintenance, statutory compliance, workplace safety, and delivering high-quality services while optimizing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial and corporate facilities.
Manage housekeeping, security, MEP services,, fire safety systems, housekeeping staff, and other facility services.
Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and vendor performance.
Monitor facility budgets, operational expenses, and identify cost optimization prospects.
Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely closure of maintenance observations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, fire safety norms, and building compliance requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants,



occupants, clients, and internal stakeholders for all facility-related matters.
Oversee procurement of facility-related materials, equipment, and services.
Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, AMC schedules, and facility documentation.
Lead and mentor the facility team to ensure productive service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate offices.
Experience handling multiple vendors, large teams, and commercial properties.
