Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and manage the company's presence across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the FMCG industry with expertise in marketplace management, digital sales, and online business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other online channels.
Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, order fulfillment, and stock availability.
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and marketplace metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketplace account managers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




Work closely with marketing teams to improve product visibility and online brand presence.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and key stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years in E-Commerce, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Hands-on experience managing major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of online marketplace operations and digital commerce.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage/Consumer Products.
Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
