Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations of the residential property.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and external service providers.
Monitor inventory of facility supplies, equipment, and assets.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Maintain records related to maintenance schedules, vendor services, and facility operations.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues to ensure smooth functioning of the property.
Coordinate with the residential property association regarding maintenance activities, operational requirements, and facility-related matters.
Prepare periodic reports on facility operations when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facility management, property administration, or operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with residential property association members, vendors, and service staff.
