Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to railway construction, maintenance, signalling, telecom, electrification, track works, or civil works.
Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and railway authorities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work completion reports.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.




Attend project meetings and provide updates on work progress.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.

Ensure adherence to Railway safety guidelines and project procedures

Preferred candidate profile
3 to 8 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects.
Experience in track works, signalling, telecom, electrification, OHE, station development, or railway civil projects preferred.
Familiarity with railway standards, safety protocols, and project documentation.
