Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Shopify store.
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and customer support.
Manage CRM and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
