Job Summary The Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, acquiring new customers, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes identifying current branch opportunities and supporting business expansion across high-potential regions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Generate new business in residential, commercial, and infrastructure elevator projects.
Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Identify new branch locations and support business expansion initiatives.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams.
Ensure timely collections and maintain customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.





Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience exclusively in Elevator/Lift Sales.
Experience in New Installation Sales is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of project sales, modernization, and maintenance sales.
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value projects.
Strong network with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors in Mumbai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valuable understanding of elevator products and project execution.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Location: Mumbai Only candidates with relevant Elevator/Lift Industry sales experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
