Key Responsibilities

Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital Marketing & Data Science courses.

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.

Maintain a robust understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industry trends.

Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure, fees, duration, and placement assistance.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.





Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sector preferred).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
