We are looking for a agile E-commerce & Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Shopify, e-commerce operations, CRM, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Shopify store.
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and customer support.
Manage CRM and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and identify prospects to improve sales and operational efficiency Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
