We are looking for a dedicated FTTH Technician to join our team. The role involves installing current fiber broadband (FTTH) connections, laying and maintaining fiber optic cables, configuring ONT/ONU devices and Wi-Fi routers, and attending customer service and maintenance complaints. The technician will troubleshoot connectivity issues, ensure timely resolution of faults, and provide quality customer service while working across Chandigarh, Mohali, and nearby areas. Candidates should be willing to travel for field work, possess positive technical and communication skills, and have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence (preferred). Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
