Location: Jeedimetla, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time (In office) About the Role: Heamac Healthcare is a medical device manufacturing company looking for a dedicated Mechanical Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidate will support the fabrication, assembly, and production of creative medical devices in our manufacturing facility. If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work and have experience with fabrication tools and sheet metal operations, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Perform cutting, grinding, buffing, and finishing of sheet metal and metal pipes. Drill holes accurately using hand and bench drilling machines. Perform tapping/threading operations (primarily M2.5, M3, and M4).

Carry out mechanical fabrication and assembly of medical device components. Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely. Assist the production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities. Ensure components meet quality standards and engineering drawings.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.

Required Skills: Experience with:



Sheet metal cutting and finishing Grinding and buffing Drilling operations Tapping/threading (M2.5, M3, M4) Basic mechanical assembly Ability to use common workshop tools safely. Willingness to learn current manufacturing processes. Good attention to detail and quality.

Preferred Qualification: ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Mechanical, or related trade), or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Candidates without a formal degree but with strong practical mechanical fabrication experience are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday Holiday Single shift only Overtime will be paid whenever additional working hours are required.
