Responsibilities
Responsible for Training students on subjects included in Designing, Softwares and/or theory classes
Responsible for clarifying doubts, providing subject and industry knowledge as and when approached by students during or after classes
Responsible for initiating, organizing and participating in seminars, workshops and competition for students
Responsible inspiring and supporting students on creating short films for Anigra
Responsible for organizing students to attend events relate to Animation and Multimedia
Inspiring students to participate in both internal and external competitions and supporting them on the same
Responsible for students satisfaction and to derive students reference out of them
Responsible for supporting in marketing related activities like Seminars, workshop, stall, etc.
Responsible to conduct classes at colleges/schools whenever there is a need.

Preferred candidate profile :Educational Background
Degree/Diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts,



or related field.
Certifications in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, After Effects, etc.).

Technical Skills
Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation software/UI&UX;
Strong knowledge of design principles: typography, colour theory, composition.
Experience with motion graphics, storyboarding, and character design.
Ability to integrate multimedia elements (sound, video, interactive graphics).

Added Value
Industry exposure internships, freelance projects, or studio experience.
Knowledge of emerging trends (AR/VR, AI in design, gamification).
Ability to guide students on career paths, portfolios, and industry readiness.
Networking skills to connect students with opportunities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
